For every wheel blast machine we build, we use infrared cameras (attaches to a phone) to identify and fine-tune the “hot zone” – the area where the abrasive media most impacts the parts inside the blast chamber. This thermal imaging allows us to precisely adjust blast wheel settings for maximum efficiency.
